Refund policy

If Libreta Money isn't working for you, reply to your receipt email (or write to support@libretamoney.com) within 14 days of buying and tell us why. We'll help you fix the problem. If it's still not for you, we'll refund your purchase in full.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
• It can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank to show it.
• After a refund, your license to use the spreadsheet ends. Please delete your copies.

Because the spreadsheet is a digital file you keep, sales are final after 14 days. We're still happy to help with any problem you have using it.

The calculator and the PDF plan are free, so there's nothing to refund.
