Privacy policy

• The calculator runs on your device. Your numbers stay there unless you ask us to email you a plan.
• If you sign up, we keep your email, your language and the numbers you entered, so we can send your plan and a few tips.
• We never sell your information and we don't use ad trackers.
• You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data anytime.

Libreta Money (libretamoney.com) is a product of Kronops LLC, a Florida limited liability company. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Kronops LLC.

The free calculator. The debts and amounts you type are saved in your browser's local storage so they're still there next time. They are not sent to us unless you use the email box.

When you ask for your plan. We collect your email address, your language, the numbers you entered in the calculator (debt names, balances, interest rates, payments and the method you picked), and where you came from (for example, a link from TikTok). We use these to build your PDF plan and send it to you.

When you buy. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller (merchant of record). They collect your payment details and billing information. We never see your full card number. Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email, country and order details with us so we can deliver your files and help you.

When you email us. We keep what you send so we can answer you.

Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and the data is never sold.

We use one small cookie, "lang", to remember whether you picked English or Spanish. The calculator uses your browser's local storage to remember your numbers. You can clear both in your browser settings at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.

• To send your debt payoff plan and the short welcome emails you signed up for.
• To deliver your purchase, answer questions and handle refunds.
• To send occasional emails about Libreta Money, like updates and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand what's working, in a way that doesn't identify you.
• To follow the law and protect against fraud or abuse.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run Libreta Money, and only what they need:

• Our email delivery provider, to send emails.
• Lemon Squeezy, to process payments and deliver files.
• Our website and database hosting providers, to run the site and store sign-ups.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy still applies to your data.

We keep your email and plan numbers while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email on a do-not-email list so we don't write to you again. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
• Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@libretamoney.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
• Use the calculator without giving us anything at all.

We use trusted providers and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so please don't put account numbers, passwords or Social Security numbers in the calculator's name fields. It doesn't need them.

Libreta Money is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is important, we'll also tell subscribers by email.
